Dear Parents

This week has felt very festive.  Our Key Stage One pupils performed this year's nativity 'Everybody loves a Baby'. While being a very entertaining performance, it reminded us why we all celebrate the birthday of a very special baby, baby Jesus.

Today our Reception and pre-school performed 'whoops a Daisy Angel'.  Another excellent performance by our youngest pupils. We are so very proud of each one of them.

Our school choir continues to spread festive cheer within our local community, this afternoon singing Christmas carols in Morrison's supermarket. On Sunday afternoon, they will be singing at St Luke's Christmas Carol Service.

Father has invited all children attending mass on Sunday to bring their baby Jesus from their cribs. As part of the Bambinelli Sunday celebrations Father will bless the baby Jesus, ready to be placed in their cribs this Christmas time.

We are looking forward to Key Stage Two 'a Carol Service, on Monday evening.

We continue to think about the needs of others, today we wore our Christmas jumpers in support of Save the Children.  Our festive shopping trolley will remain available throughout next week; we kindly ask that you help us to fill it with Christmas goodies to send to the Frodsham food bank.

We recently introduced My Happy Mind, a program that focuses on mindfulness and strategies to develop wellbeing.  You are encouraged to download the parent app to support your child. Please use the link below.

We wish you all a very happy weekend and thank you all for your continued support.

Miss Murtagh
