Starting School at St Luke’s Catholic Primary School
We are delighted that that you and your child are joining St Luke’s Catholic Primary School. We want our children to experience a smooth transition from one setting to the next, ensuring that all children feel safe and nurtured as well as ensuring the highest quality teaching and learning. We recognise that starting school is a big step for every child and we aim to make sure that your child is well prepared to begin their first year of Primary School.
As social distancing measures are still in place, this section of our website has been set up to support you and your child and give you as much information as possible as we are currently not inviting groups of visitors in school.

Transition
Cheshire West and Chester have provided all schools and settings with a 'School Readiness' document. This booket also supports parents to prepare their child for school. Please find this important information attached below and use it to support your child at home in these next coming months before September.
