Retreat Day to Noddfa in North Wales

Class: Class 3 Year: 2016-17

Year 3 really enjoyed this retreat to Noddfa, which is a special house run by sisters. Noddfa translates from Welsh to English as a place of rest and peace. The children had the opportunity to make bread, explore nature and take part in a collective worship.  The sisters noticed that many members of the class sang in the choir so they asked for the class to sing them a song.

A big thank you to Mr Broome, Mrs Kennedy, Mrs Adamson and Pauline who came with us on this trip.  Through their support they helped make the day a total success (The weather was amazing too!).
