School Admissions
If you would like to apply for a place in the Reception class at St. Luke’s Catholic Primary in September 2023 you must complete the Cheshire West Application form located on the Cheshire West website

Applications must be submitted to the Local Authority by 15th January of the year you would like your child to join the Reception Class.
Our Admissions policy for children applying for a place in Reception for September 2023 is attached below (Admissions Policy 2023-24).
If you wish your application to St. Luke’s to be considered under the religious criteria of baptised Catholic you MUST also complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF), which is attached below and return directly to the school by the closing date of 15th January. Proof of baptism must also be returned to the school with the Supplementary Application Form.
If you are considering transferring your child from another school to St. Luke’s, please contact the school in the first instance to discuss your needs.
